槐白皮含漱液缩短兔口腔创伤抗菌药物预防性应用时间实验研究

Experimental Study of Effect of Sophora Japonical Gargle on Rabbit oral Trauma Through Abbreviating the Prophylactic Application Time of Antibacterial Drugs

目的:研究槐白皮含漱液缩短兔口腔创伤抗菌药物预防性应用时间及其机制。方法:40只新西兰兔随机分为实验组、对照组,实验组30只,对照组10只。使用金黄色葡萄球菌污染的手术刀在兔颊粘膜做2cm切口,达肌层,对位缝合。对照组术后使用生理盐水冲洗口腔,实验组使用槐白皮含漱液冲洗。观察切口愈合情况、7d甲级愈合率,分析、评价槐白皮药物疗效。以金黄色葡萄球菌为研究对象,将金黄色葡萄球菌分别分成实验组和对照组,实验组采用3种浓度的槐白皮漱口液,对照组采用生理盐水,采用平板涂布法,使槐白皮漱口液与金黄色葡萄球菌作用3min,观察槐白皮漱口液的抑菌效果。结果:实验组7d甲级愈合29例,感染1例,对照组愈合6例,感染4例,实验组7d甲级愈合率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);槐白皮漱口液作用后的菌落计数明显低于生理盐水作用后的菌落计数,但不呈剂量依赖关系。结论:槐白皮含漱液具有良好的抑菌效果,能缩短兔口腔创伤抗菌药物预防性应用时间。

To study the effect of sophora japonical gargle on rabbit oral trauma through ab-breviating the prophylactic application time of antibacterial drugs and its mechanism .Method：40 New Zeal-and rabbits were randomly divided into experimental group and control group .We made rabbit oral trauma model by using staphylococcus aureus .The control group was treated with physiological saline orally , and the experimental group was treated with sophora japonical gargle orally to observe the wound healing , 7 days class-A healing rate and evaluate of sophora japonical drug efficacy .Staphylococcus aureus were divided into experimental group and control group .The experimental group used 3 concentrations of sophora japonical gar-gle, and saline was used to control group .We used the spread plate method to help sophora japonical gargle act on staphylococcus aureus for 3 min, and observed the antibacterial effect of sophora japonical gargle .Re-sult：There were 29 cases of 7 days healed rabbits and 1 infected case in the experimental group , and there were 6 cases of 7 days healed rabbits and 4 infected cases in the control group .7 days Class-A healing rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group , and the difference was sta-tistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）; Colony counts of sophora japonical gargle group after treatment were lower than those in the saline group , which was not dose-dependent .Conclusion： Sophora japonical gargle has good antibacterial effect , can abbreviate the prophylactic application time of antibacterial drugs .
