超声引导下腰丛-坐骨神经阻滞对老年患者膝关节镜手术的影响分析

Impact Analysis of Ultrasound-guided Lumbar Plexus-sciatic Nerve Block on Arthroscopic Knee Surgery of Elderly Patients

目的:探讨超声引导下腰丛-坐骨神经阻滞对老年患者膝关节镜手术的影响。方法:统计分析2012年1月至2014年1月我院收治的50例择期行单侧膝关节手术的老年患者的临床资料。依据随机数字表法将这些患者分为腰丛-坐骨神经阻滞组(A组)和连续硬膜外麻醉组(B组)两组,每组25例。结果:A组患者的阻滞效果明显比B组好(P<0.05);A组患者T2-T5时的SBP、DBP均明显比B组高(P<0.05);A组患者的感觉、运动神经阻滞起效时间均明显比B组早(P<0.05),麻醉时间均明显比B组长(P<0.05);A组患者的术后2h麻醉不良反应发生率8%(2/25)明显比B组60%(15/25)低(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导下腰丛-坐骨神经阻滞对接受膝关节镜手术的老年患者的麻醉效果良好。
