国产与进口阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病的药物经济学评价

Pharmacoeconomics Evaluation on Acarboses Imported and Made in China in Treatment of Type-2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:分析国产与进口阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病的经济效果,为临床合理制定用药方案提供理论依据。方法:将80例符合标准的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组应用进口阿卡波糖片,对照组应用国产阿卡波糖片,观察两组患者的临床疗效,分析成本-效果比(C/E)。结果:观察组总有效率90.00%,对照组总有效率85.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者C/E为6.89,明显高于对照组的5.30,两组患者增量成本-效果比(ΔC/ΔE)为106.45。敏感度分析观察组患者C//E为6.20,高于对照组的4.77,两组患者ΔC/ΔE为106.52。观察组患者不良反应发生率为7.50%,对照组为10.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:国产与进口阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效相似,但是国产阿卡波糖具有更高的经济学价值,是治疗2型糖尿病经济、合理的方案,值得临床推广应用。

To analyze the economic effects of acarboses imported and made in China on type-2 diabetes mellitus , and to provide theoretic foundation for clinical regimen made reasonably .Method：80 eligible patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group , 40 patients in each group;the observation group used imported acarbose , while the control group used acarbose made in China , the clinical therapeutic effects on the patients of the two groups were observed and the cost -effectiveness ratios （ C/E） were analyzed .Result：The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%, while that of the control group was 85.00%, and the difference was statistically insignificant （P〉0.05）.The C/E of the observation group was 6.89, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （5.30）, and the in-cremental cost-effectiveness ratio （ΔC/ΔE） of the patients of the two groups was 106.45.As for sensitivity analysis , the C//E in the patients of the observation group was 6.20, which was significantly higher than that of control group （4.77）, and theΔC//ΔE of the patients of the two groups was 106.52.The incidence of ad-verse reactions in the patients of the observation group was 7.50%, while that of the control group was 10. 00%, and the difference was statistically insignificant （ P〉0.05）.Conclusion： The clinical therapeutic effects of acarboses imported and made in China on type-2 diabetes mellitus are similar , but acarbose made in China has higher economic values , It is an economical and reasonable regimen for type-2 diabetes melli-tus, and consequently is worthy of clinical application .
