妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的体重变化对于自身与围产儿的影响研究

目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的体重变化对于自身与围产儿的影响。方法:120例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇依据孕妇的体重指数(BMI)把上述孕妇分为正常孕妇(对照组)80例与超重孕妇(观察组)40例,都积极进行饮食干预,观察预后情况。结果:观察组的抑郁与焦虑评分都明显高于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组孕妇的剖宫产、产后出血、早产、妊娠期高血压疾病等发病率明显高于对照组,观察组的巨大儿和低血糖发病率明显高于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孕期体重增长过多可使妊娠期糖尿病孕妇发生不良围产结局的危险性显著增高,为此孕期保健应关注孕妇的心理健康和营养摄入情况。

To investigate the influence of weight change of pregnant women with gestational diabetes on herself and perinatal .Method：According to the BMI of pregnant women , 120 cases of pregnant women with gestational diabetes were divided into the control group （80 cases） and observation group（40 ca-ses）, who were given positive dietary intervention , and the prognosis were observed .Result：The depression and anxiety score of observation group were obviously higher than the control group , There＇s statistical signif-icance （P〈0.05）.The disease incidence of cesarean section , postpartum hemorrhage, premature birth, pregnancy induced hypertension were higher than those in control group , the great children and hypoglycemia incidence were obviously higher than those in control group , There＇s statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Con-clusion：Excessive weight gain during pregnancy could significantly increase the adverse perinatal outcome risk, so the mental health and nutritional intake should be given attention to pregnancy women in prenatal care.
