X线下经胃镜外置塑料管成功放置结肠直乙交界处粒子支架方法探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨X线下经胃镜外置塑料管放置直乙交界处结肠粒子支架的方法。方法:总结我院3例通过自制塑料管绑在胃镜上,在X线引导及胃镜直视下成功放置直乙交界处结肠粒子支架的经验及方法。结果:3例患者采用此方法手术均获得成功,提高了此类患者的生活质量。结论:在内镜外边置入自制塑料管的创新思路来源于经内镜钳道置放支架的方法,此方法实际上使内镜多了一条"管道",而胃镜直径又比结肠镜直径小,这些给支架的成功放置提供了更为方便的条件。
