摘要
分析了频率扫描相控阵接收组件批量测试的工程需求,介绍了一种接收组件幅相一致性自动测试平台的设计原理,包括总线接口、硬件组成及软件设计流程等,在此基础上开发了相控阵接收组件自动测试平台,并在某多波束频率扫描相控阵系统的测试中得到实际应用。应用结果表明,该测试平台可以大幅提高接收组件幅相特性的测试效率和测试结果的准确性,适合在频率扫描相控阵系统的测试中推广使用。
This paper analyzes the engineering requirement of batch testing for frequency scanning phased array receiving components, introduces the design principles of automatic test platform with amplitude-phase consistency of receiving components, including bus interface, hardware components and software design flow. On this basis, this paper develops the automatic test platform of phased array receiving components, which is actually applied in the test of some multi-beam frequency scanning phased array system. The application results show that this test platfrom can greatly improve the test efficiency and accuracy of amplitude-phase characteristics of receiving components, and is suitable for application in the test of frequency scanning phased array system.
