摘要
仿形机床一般采用PID进行调节控制,调节时间较长,有超调量,难以满足高精度产品的加工要求。本研究通过对仿形机床控制系统的输出信号、以及与给定信号的偏差、偏差的微分等数据进行分析,设计模糊控制规则表与模糊控制器,实现其模糊控制系统,达到理想控制效果。
PID regulation is often used in profiling machine control, however, long regulation time and overshoot, difficult to meet machining of high-precision product requirements. Through the research on the profiling machine control system's output signal, the output with a given signal deviation and deviation of differential data for analysis, design the fuzzy control rule table and the fuzzy controller, to realize the fuzzy control system, achieve ideal control effect.
