摘要
为了适应石化企业相互存在性的递增趋势,合理分配技术与管理的资源优势,IPMT模式已广泛应用于大型石化工程合资联营项目。通过归纳整理基于合资合作冲突理论的9项冲突产生原因,提出企业管理与人员管理两方面组织架构设计的合理引导冲突方法。为了发挥管理范围及人员过渡等合作优势,克服管理决策及人员管控等冲突劣势,通过研究直线式、职能式、矩阵式等3种常用组织架构型式在IPMT模式的应用,设计一套直线式与大小双重矩阵式相结合的IPMT混合式组织架构及管理制度体系。
In order to adapt to the trend of petrochemical joint venture company and rationally allocate the resources of technology and management,IPMT mode has been widely used in petrochemical joint venture project. The ways to deal with cooperative conflict of organizational structure design of company and staff management were established in terms of 9 rationals based on conflict theories. In order to give full cooperative advantage of the controlling range and personnel transition,to avoid the conflicting disadvantage of personnel control,cooperation and decision-making,a hybrid IPMT organizational structure which combine the type of linear and double different matrix .management system is established in terms of the research on the IPMT application of 3 kinds of commonly used organizational structure such as the type of linear,function and matrix.
