摘要
随着我国市场经济的快速发展,房地产企业面临着激烈的竞争,房地产企业的综合竞争力主要取决于企业的综合竞争力水平。在构建房地产企业综合竞争力评价指标体系的基础上,采用主观赋权和客观赋权相结合的方法,确定各指标权重,并用功效函数法进行综合排序评价。运用该方法对我国22家上市房地产公司进行实证研究分析,并对我国房地产企业的综合竞争力进行了分级,为客观评价房地产企业综合竞争力并为政府制定产业调控政策提供参考。
With rapid market economic growth in China, real estate enterprises are facing keen competition. According to the related theory of enterprise competitiveness,an competitiveness evaluation index system is built and the efficacy coefficient method is used to evaluate competitiveness of real estate enterprises comprehensively. 22 listed companies are analyzed by the competitiveness evaluation index system. The real estate enterprises are classified according to the competitiveness level. The paper helps to evaluate competitiveness of real estate enterprise.
