DPPH法评价大黄提取物的抗氧化活性

Evaluation of antioxidant activity of Rheum palmatum L.extracts by DPPH method

采用超声波法提取大黄抗氧化物质,以DPPH法评价大黄抗氧化活性。结果表明,大黄抗氧化物质最佳提取工艺为:以70%乙醇为溶剂,料液比为1∶40 g/mL,超声提取2次,每次提取30 min;大黄抗氧化活性物质主要分布于石油醚和乙酸乙酯提取物,为该药材的开发提供参考。

The antioxidant components of Rheum palmatum L. were extracted by ultrasonic extraction method and their antioxidant activities were evaluated by DPPH method. The results showed that the opti-mal parameters of the antioxidant extraction were as follows：ethanol concentration 70%,solid to liquid ra-tio 1：40 g/mL,ultrasonic extraction 2 times,and each time is 30 min. The bioactive antioxidants of Rheum palmatum L. were mainly attributed to the petroleum ether and ethyl acetate extracts,and provide an ref-erence for development of Rheum palmatum L.
