苯并噻唑2-甲酸的合成及应用研究进展

摘要 综述了苯并噻唑2-甲酸的合成方法,主要包括CO2羧化法、水解法、高锰酸钾氧化法和Phillips合成法;其中CO2羧化法包括催化合成法与无催化剂合成法,介绍了催化合成法中的卡宾铜(Ⅰ)催化及卡宾金(Ⅰ)催化的合成方法。阐述了苯并噻唑2-甲酸在医学、医药领域的应用,并对其未来的发展前景进行了展望。 The synthesis methods of 2-benzothiazolecarboxylic acid are reviewed,including CO2 carboxyla-tion ,hydrolysis oxidation and Phillips synthesis;CO2 carboxylation contains catalytic synthesis and no cata-lyst synthesis,the methods of Cabbeen copper( I)and carbene Gold( I)catalytic synthesis was intro-duced. Applications of the 2-benzothiazolecarboxylic acid in medicine and pharmaceutical were elabora-ted,the future development of 2-benzothiazolecarboxylic acid was prospected.
