推行家庭签约医生服务模式的政策思考——基于四川省试点地区调查

Policy on Thoughts Implementation of Contract Family Physician Services Model-Based on the Investigation of Pilot Areas of Sichuan

家庭签约医生服务是建立分级诊疗体系的基础。根据对四川省试点地区卫生行政部门和基层医疗卫生机构管理者、家庭医生服务团队长和乡村医生的访谈及问卷调查结果,针对家庭签约医生服务存在的问题,提出加快推行家庭签约医生服务模式的政策思考,为决策者进一步优化政策提供参考。

Contract family physician is the base for establishing tiered medical diagnosis and treatment system. Based on the results from interviews and questionnaire investigation of pilot local health administration units, managers for primary health care institutions, family physician group leaders and rural physicians, it provides references to policy makers on further optimization by targeting existing problems associated with contract family physician services and proposing thoughts on policy that could accelerate the carrying out of contract family physician services model.
