上海市某区社区卫生服务中心康复医学医护人员现状调查分析

The Current Analysis of Investigation on Rehabilitation Medical Staff in a District of Shanghai

目的为配置和有效利用康复医学人力资源,以满足人民对社区康复日益增长的需要,对上海市某区社区卫生服务中心的康复医学医护人员现状进行调查。方法对上海市某区社区卫生服务中心进行全覆盖的问卷调查。结果上海市某区社区卫生服务中心存在社区康复专业医师缺乏;康复治疗师与医师配比失衡等问题。结论为卫生行政部门制定适用社区卫生服务中心康复医学科标准,加强社区康复医学医护人员引进与培养提供政策依据。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution of rehabilitation human resources in Shanghai community health service centers. METHODS The community health service centers in one district of Shanghai were investigated by questionnaire. RESULTS There were the lack of the rehabilitation physicians and therapists in Shanghai community health service centers. CONCLUSIONS The government should treat the standards of rehabilitation in community health service centers and strengthen the training of the rehabilitation medical staff.
