摘要
家庭医生制服务是社区卫生服务发展的一个重要方向。上海市青浦区华新镇社区卫生服务中心探索实施了家庭医生制"12345"服务模式,取得了一定的成效:提高了家庭医生团队的责任心、家庭医生的地位和工作效率,实现服务个性化。提高了居民家庭生活质量。同时也存在一些问题:家庭医生人员缺乏;双向转诊政策不到位;家庭医生服务能力不足;激励机制不完善;信息化网络程度不全、不到位。建议有针对性地进行改革与完善。
Family doctor service system is an important direction of community health service. The Huaxin community health service center explored and carried out "one-two-three-four-five" service model in Shanghai Qingpu District, and achieved some results. It improved the sense of responsibility of family doctor team, improved the family doctors' status and work efficiency, supplied the personalized service for the citizens, and improved the quality of the family life. At the same time, there are some problems: lacking of family doctors, two-way referral policy could not reach the designated position, the insufficient service ability of family doctor, incen- tive mechanism imperfect, and degree of information network was not complete and reach the designated position. It was suggested to do the targeted reforming and improvement.
