米非司酮治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血50例临床观察

Mifepristone Treatment Clinical Observation of Climacteric Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

目的探讨米非司酮治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血的临床应用。方法回顾性分析我院2010年1月—2012年12月收治的50例更年期功能失调性子宫出血患者的临床资料,治疗前为患者进行子宫内膜病理、血常规及性激素全套检查。在患者诊刮后第1天口服米非司酮,连续服用半年。结果本组所有患者在治疗期间均闭经,停药后一年随访结果为38例患者闭经;9例患者月经稀发,经量减少;3例患者停药后1个月左右月经恢复正常。结论米非司酮治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血疗效确切,且无明显不良反应,值得临床进一步推广应用。

OBJECTIVE Pick to objective mifepristone in the treatment of climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding of clinical applica- tion. METHODS From January 2010 to December 2012, 50 cases of patients with climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding were ret- rospectively analyzed, treatment for patients with endometrial pathological condition before, routine blood and sex hormone a full set of inspection. In patients with clinical 1 day after oral mifepristone, continued for half a year. RESULTS All patients during treatment of amenorrhea, 1 year after the drug was stopped follow-up results of 38 patients amenorrhoea; 9 cases of patients with menstrual thin hair, the less; three patients stopped after a month or so back to normal menstruation. CONCLUSION mifepristone treatment curative effect is climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding, and no obvious adverse reactions existed, which was worthy of further clinical application.
