合肥市0~6岁儿童家长预防接种知识、态度及行为调查

Analysis on the Knowledge-Attitude-Practice of 0~6 years Children's Parents in Hefei

目的了解合肥市0~6岁儿童家长对预防接种知识的掌握程度及其态度和行为。方法抽取0~6岁儿童家长,采用自行设计的预防接种知识、态度及行为调查问卷进行调查。结果全市预防接种知识平均得分为(74.96±17.10)分,平均知晓率为75.0%,来自合肥市区的家长知晓率得分较高;文化程度高的家长,知晓率得分较高;家长户籍可能是影响儿童按时接种的因素(x^2=16.778,P=0.000);儿童性别可能是影响家长带儿童全程接种的因素(x^2=4.874,P=0.027),也可能影响家长对预防接种的态度(x^2=6.481,P=0.011)。结论我市儿童家长预防接种相关知识的知晓率不高,重点应加强农村地区和低文化程度父母的免疫规划教育工作,同时应关注女性儿童的疫苗接种情况,提高疫苗接种的及时率及完整率。

OBJECTIVE To understand the knowledge, attitude and behavior of vaccination for children＇s（below 6 years old） parents in Hefei. METHODS Children＇ s（below 6 years old） parents in Hefei county area were selected. Self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the knowledge, attitude and behavior of the parents. Statistical analysis by SPSS Software, the qualitative data analysis using chi-square test, analysis of quantitative data by using t test or analysis of variance. RESULTS Vaccination knowledge score in all parents were （74.96~17.10） points, the average witting rate was 75%, the urban parents had higher scores than others, and the higher degree of culture, the higher scores awareness. For the attitude and behavior analysis, found that parents of census register may be factors that affect children vaccinated on time（χ2=16.778, P=0.000）, children＇s gender is likely to be the factors influencing parents with children＇ s vaccinations（χ2=4.874, P=0.027）, children＇ s gender may affect the attitude of parents for vaccination （χ2=6.481, P=0.011）. CONCLUSION Considering parents＇ low points about vaccination knowledge score, education on immunization should be focused in rural areas and low cultural degree of parents. At the same time, vaccination on female children should be fo- cused.
