小儿喘息性支气管炎雾化吸人治疗的护理措施

Nursing Measures of Nebulization Inhalation in the Treatment of Pediatric Asthmatic Bronchitis

目的观察和探讨雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎的护理措施。方法选取喘息性支气管炎患儿80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例,治疗组在综合治疗的基础上加用雾化吸入治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组为72.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎效率高,值得临床推广。

OBJECTIVE To observe and discusses the effect and nursing measures of nebulization in the treatment of asthmatic bronchi- tis in children. METHOD 80 cases with asthmatic bronchitis in children were randomly divided into treatment group and compare group, 40 cases in each group. The treatment group was given nebulization inhalation on the basis of the comprehensive treatment, The clinical manifestations were observed in the pre-treatment and post-treatment period. RESULTS Treatment group total effective- ness was 95.0%, the comparison group was 72.5%, comparisons difference of two groups was statistically significance. CONCLU- SION The clinical effect of nebulization inhalation in the treatment of pediatric asthmatic bronchitis is high, which is worthy of clini- cal promotion.
