摘要
以GB/T 20438—2006《电气/电子/可编程电子安全相关系统的功能安全》和GB/T 21109—2007《过程工业领域安全仪表系统的功能安全》为理论依据,介绍了安全仪表功能、安全完整性、安全完整性等级等安全仪表系统设计的相关概念,并根据示例进行安全仪表系统的设计实践;探讨了安全仪表系统的回路设计及验证方法,以解决工厂安全仪表系统的设计问题;对比分析了安全仪表系统的多种回路构成方案,提出了改善安全仪表系统的几种思路,在保证系统可靠性的同时,合理地提高系统的可用性。
Based on GB/T 20438—2006 Functzonat SajeLy oy Programmable Electronic Safety-Related Systems and GB/T 21109—2007 Functional Safety — Safety Instrumented Systems for the Process Industry Sector, related concept of safety instrumented system(SIS) design including safety instrumented function (SIF), Safety Integrity, safety integrity level(SIL) and others are introduced. SIS is designed through a model. The design and verification method of SIS loop are discussed to solve design problem of SIS in plant. Several SIS loop schemes have been compared and analyzed. Some schemes are proposed to improve SIS, which can both guarantee reliability and improve availability of system.
