希金斯炭疽菌中5个典型Septin的生物信息学分析 被引量:6

摘要 希金斯炭疽菌可以侵染菜心、萝卜等众多十字花科蔬菜引起炭疽病,给农业生产造成巨大的经济损失。septin是一个广泛存在于除植物以外其他生物的基因家族,其功能与细胞分裂、细胞内物质运输以及细胞周期的调控与细胞凋亡等关系密切,将成为新开发药物的潜在靶标。基于酿酒酵母中7个典型Septin蛋白的氨基酸序列,对炭疽菌属蛋白质数据库进行Blastp比对和关键词搜索,并通过SMART在线分析最终明确希金斯炭疽菌中含有5个典型的Septin。同时,从理化性质、跨膜区结构、二级结构以及亚细胞定位等方面对Septin进行生物信息学分析,结果显示,上述Septin均为亲水性蛋白,且不具有跨膜结构,其二级结构及亚细胞定位情况不同。 Colletotrichum higginsianum can infect flowering Chinese cabbage,carrot and other cruciferous vegetables,causing huge economic losses to the production.septinis a gene family present widely in fungi,nematodes,fruit flies and other biological organisms except plants,and its function includes participation in cell division,intracellular transport,cell cycle regulation and apoptosis and other biological processes,which may be developed as the target of new chemicals.Based on the seven typical Septin protein sequences in Saccharomyces cerevisiae,Septin related protein sequence was searched from the protein databases of Colletotrichumspp.with the Blastp as well as the use of keywords,and five typical Septins were identified by conserved domain analysis in the SMART online.Meanwhile,the results showed that above Septins were hydrophilic proteins without transmembrane region,and had different secondary structure and sub-cellular localization through bioinformatics analysis.The results can provide strong theoretical foundation to study the positioning and function of Septin in C.higginsianum.
