摘要
介绍电动车窗的组成;通过建立防夹电动机的机械特性和电气特性模型并进行参数运算,研究了防夹模型的理论基础,得到电动机阻力和电流的关系以及车窗位置D的计算关系等;最后分析了防夹系统的硬件设计和软件设计。为电动车窗的设计提供最优化的方法。
The composition of power window is introduced here. The theoretieal pnnciple of anti-pinch model is studied through the model setup of mechanical and electrical features of anti-pinch motor and parameter calculation, thus getting the relation between motor resistance and current and the calculation relation of window position D. The hardware and software design of the anti-pinch system is analyzed to offer the optimized method for power window design.
