摘要
传统的汽车线束捆扎的胶带捆扎机中,胶带步距是靠四杆机构来控制的,调节步距非常不便。本文针对步距的调节问题,改变纯机械式机构,设计了一种胶带传送机构,方便控制步距,能准确调节使用胶带的长度,调整胶带的时间由原来的20min缩短为10s,调整胶带长度所浪费的胶带由原来的1m降为0损耗,提高了胶带的利用率,降低了劳动强度。
It is very inconvenient for traditional tape bundling machine to adjust tape pace. Aiming at this problem, a new tape transport mechanism is designed, which can control the pace conveniently and adjust the tape length precisely. The tape adjust time is also shortened from 20min to 10s and the tape wasted is reduced from 1 m to 0, thus improving the use ratio of tape and lowering the work intensity.
