摘要
简述汽车行业供应链品质管理现状与进行持续改进的误区,提出品质改进的系统化改进方法。详细介绍系统化改进方法的4个要素与步骤后,通过在某供应商处推广该方法的案例,证明了该方法的有效性。最后总结该方法的实施经验,并展望其结合其他品质管理工具的运用前景。
The current status of quality management in automotive supply chain and the mistakes in quality improvement are briefed here. The continuous systematic quality improvement method is also proposed. Four elements and steps of this method are introduced in details, and it is proved effective with a case of some supplier. The experience of implementation is summarized and its application combined with other quality management tools is prospected at last.
