摘要
在理论计算基础上,于90 kA制氟电流条件下做了最佳投料气固比试验。理论计算结果表明,气固比优化后,立式氟化反应器正常工作时的F2过剩量为1.04%~3.39%。试验结果表明,250 kg U/h立式氟化反应器可长期稳定运行于气固比205~210 A· h/kg下,立式氟化反应器投料气固比控制范围由前期生产确定的200~220 A · h/kg优化为205~210 A· h/kg。投料气固比优化后,F2利用效率提高1%以上,成渣率下降20%以上。
The best ratio of current to feed-in speed of the standing fluorinated reactor was researched at 90 kA current based on the theoretical calculation . Through calculating theoretically ,the superfluous fluorine is 1.04%-3.39% when the standing fluorinated reactor works normally after optimizing the ratio of current to feed-in speed . The test results indicate that the 250 kgU/h standing fluorinated reactor works steadily at the ratio of current to feed-in speed of 205-210 A · h/kg .T he ratio of current to feed-in speed of the standing fluorinated reactor is optimized from 200-220 A · h/kg to 205-210 A · h/kg .The utilization efficiency of fluorine increases more than 1% and the unreactive ratio of UF4 decreases more than 20% after optimizing the ratio of current to feed-in speed .
