应用目标规划理论的电力电子模块化变流器设计

摘要 基于电力电子模块化组件(PEBB)设计电能变换装置存在最优设计的问题,以一种大容量中压变流器设计为例,提出了基于目标规划理论的PEBB设计方法,并建立了变流器的最优模块化设计数学模型。该设计方法以现状分析为基础,以目标体现为导向,然后针对不同目标建立不同的目标表达式和相关约束,按照优先级顺序,最终可以得到与目标实现密切相关的最优模块化数学模型。针对模型具有的决策变量整数有界和非线性特点,通过搜索法和穷举法相结合的方式对模型求解,得到了PEBB的主电路形式和参数,并根据模型求解结果设计了变流器样机,进行了试验。试验结果显示,变流器额定工况稳态输出纹波小于3%,突然加载电压瞬态跌落小于10%,这验证了变流器动、静态输出特性较好,功能得到实现。基于目标规划理论的PEBB设计方法可以应用到其他需要模块化设计的电能变换装置研发中。 Taking high capacity middle-voltage converter as an example,a goal programming theory-based PEBB (power electronic building block) design scheme is proposed and a mathematical model for optimal module design is established.This goal oriented scheme essentially obeys the situation analysis.The goal expression and the related constraints can be described with different target,and then the optimal module model associated with the goals is determined.The main circuit and the PEBB parameters are confirmed by solving the model with limited integer variables and nonlinear components by searching and exhaustion methods.The corresponding converter is constructed and experiments show that the steady output disturbance gets less than 3% and the transient voltage drop less than 10%.The goal programming theorybased PEBB design scheme can be applied to the other developed converters with module designing requirements.
