摘要
为了解决高速公路路基快速务实以及沥青路面修补压实的问题,设计了小型快速液压夯实机。运用Solidworks建立了夯锤与底座的实体模型,用ANSYS对两者的冲击过程进行了显式动态有限元分析,得到了冲击后的应力、应变数值,并进行了等应力幅度下的疲劳强度校核。结果表明,夯锤与底座均满足疲劳强度要求。
The small fast hydraulic tamper was design to solve the problems of fast tamping of subgrade and fixing of asphalt pavement. The models of tamper and base were built with Solidworks, and the finite element analysis of the impacting process of the tamper and base were carried out with ANSYS. The stress and strain after the impact were obtained, and fatigue stren meet gth under equal range of stress was verified. The result shows that both tamper and base the requirement of fatigue strength.
