摘要
针对大型强制间隙式沥青搅拌站转场工期长、费用高的问题,提出了一种基于交叉平行作业方法的快速拆装施工工法,从新场地建设、拆装运输和安装等三个环节对整个流程进行了阐述,并对流程中涉及的关键设备配置、关键质量控制参数等进行了说明。该方法可将3000型搅拌站的平均转场工期控制在15 d左右,可为同类工程提供借鉴。
To decrease the time and cost consumed by the transferring of large batch asphalt mixing plant, a new construction method based on crossover mode of parallel operation was proposed, which can cut down the transfer period of the 3000 type mixing plant to 15 days. The whole process was elaborated, including the construction of new site, the disassembly and transfer and installation of the mixing plant. Setting of key equipment and parameters for quality control involved in the process were also mentioned, providing reference for similar projects.
