介绍了机械式平地机动力换挡变速箱的技术现状以及一些评价换挡品质的指标,对当前影响动力换挡变速箱换挡品质的典型控制策略进行了理论分析和测试研究,针对典型控制策略中出现的一些常见异常现象,结合测试数据总结了引起异常的原因并提出了解决途径,对提升平地机的换挡品质和设置控制策略具有重要的理论和实践价值。

The status quo of power shift technology of gearbox of motor grader and several indices for shifting quality evaluation were introduced, and typical control strategies nowadays which might affect the quality of power shift of gearbox were theoretically analyzed and tested. Solutions to those exceptional situations were proposed combined with the test data, which is helpful to improve the shift quality and set the control strategies.
