摘要
在爆炸场温度测试中,复杂的环境因素对红外热像仪测温精度有较大影响;为了提高热像仪所得数据的准确性,采用在测试现场使用标准高温黑体校正其显示温度的方法对爆炸场的大气透射率进行了修正,之后记录了3 kg固体云爆药剂的爆炸过程并提取了其火球表面温度,对比分析了修正前、后以及热电偶测得的近火球表面的温度值。爆炸场测试结果表明,在已知待测爆炸物发射率的情况下,大气透射率对红外热像仪测温精度有较大影响。
In the explosion field temperature test, complex environment factors have a great influence on temperature measurement accuracy by the infrared thermal imager. In order to improve the accuracy of the data from thermal imager, the method is adopted which uses standard blackbody to revise the reading from the thermal imager to correct the atmospheric transmittance in the test field, then the explosion process of 3 kg SEFAE is recorded and the fireball's surface temperature is extracted. By contrast, it is analyzed that temperature before and after corrected and the temperature measured by thermocouple near the fireball's surface. The test results show that the atmospheric transmittance has a great influence on the infrared thermal imager's accuracy of measuring temperature in the condition of a certain emissivity of the measured explosive.
