Synthesis of 2-Imidazolyl-7-dibromo-9,9'-diethyl-fluoren

以芴为原料,与NBS反应得2,7-二溴芴(1);以DMSO为溶剂,1与溴乙烷在碱性条件下反应制得7-二溴-9,9'-二乙基芴(2);2与咪唑在DMF中反应合成了一种新型咪唑取代的芴类化合物——2-咪唑-7-溴-9,9'-二乙基芴,其结构经1H NMR,MS和元素分析表征。

2,7-Dibromo-9,9＇-diethyl-fluorenyl （2） was prepared by the reaction of dibromoethane with 2,7-dibromofluorene,which was obtained by the reaction of fluorene with NBS.A novel compound,2-imidazolyl-7-bromo-9,9＇-diethyl-fluoren,was synthesized by the reaction of 2 with imidazole in DMF.The structures were characterized by 1H NMR,MS and elemental analysis.
