摘要
根据所研制的新型早强剂特点,建立试验分析系统,通过不同掺量,研究该类早强剂在实际应用中对水泥砂浆以及混凝土等水泥基材料强度的影响规律。并在相同掺量、相同配合比、相同试验条件的情况下,将该早强剂与三乙醇胺(TEA)早强剂进行强度比对试验。研究发现,掺入该类早强剂可加速水泥水化,提高水泥砂浆的早期强度,当掺量0.03%时,强度提高最为明显。与TEA早强剂对比试验表明,二者对早期强度的促进作用基本相当,但对于28 d强度,掺TEA·HCl早强剂的试件强度明显高于TEA早强剂,尤其是抗折强度表现更为明显。
Based on the features of the new hardening accelerator,we established experimental analysis system through different dosages of hardening accelerator,and investigated the influence of the hardening accelerator in the practical application on cement mortar and concrete.At the same time,we performed the strength comparison experiment under the condition of the same dosage,concrete mix ra-tio,and the same experimental conditions.It found that adding the hardening accelerator can accelerate cement hydration ,and improve the early strength of cement mortar,the strength increase was most pronounced,when the dosage of 0.03%.The comparative experiment with TEA showed that the acceleration was roughly equal to the hardening accelerator,But for 28 day strength,the specimen strength of mixed TEA·HCl was obviously higher than that of mixed TEA,especially the bending strength performance was more apparent.
