摘要
采用正交试验方法对建筑垃圾生产保温砌块的配合比进行试验研究,确定建筑垃圾保温砌块的最佳配合比,利用有限元分析软件Ansys对砌块孔型进行优化,并试生产了以建筑垃圾、陶粒、粉煤灰、水泥、XPS板为原材料的复合保温砌块,并对砌块的力学性能和墙体热工性能进行了测试。结果表明,建筑垃圾复合保温砌块强度达到MU3.5以上,砌块墙体传热阻达到1.63(m2·K)/W以上,满足江苏寒冷地区居住建筑外墙传热阻限值的要求。
In order to determine the optimal mix-ratio of the building waste insulation block ,lots of experiments have been carried out by the means of orthogonal experiment.While the hole pattern of the block is optimized by the finite element analysis software Ansys.After optimal mix-ratio and hole pattern confirmed,compound insulation blocks using building waste,ceramsite,fly-ash,cement,and XPS plate have been produced.Then the block's mechanics properties and wall's thermal performance have been tested.The results show that com pressive strength of the compound insulation block can be above MU3.5 and the thermal resistance of the wall can reach 1.63(m^2·K)/W which can meet the limited value of the residential building in Jiangsu cold region.
