摘要
介绍了鞍钢100 t转炉回收利用富矿、烧结矿、铁碳复合球、渣道回收渣铁、脱硫喷溅渣铁等含铁资源的工艺实践。通过采取优化转炉含铁材料的加料控制、过程控制方式等措施,含铁资源回收率可达30%以上,单炉可节省供氧200~300 m3。
The steelmaking practice of recovery containing ferrous resources such as rich ores, sinters, iron-carbon composite pellets, scrap iron in slag recycled from slag pocket and splashed slag iron in desulfurization by the 100 t converter in Angang is introduced. By taking such mea-sures as optimizing the charging control and process control of these containing ferrous materials, the recovery rate of the containing ferrous resources is more than 30% and oxygen supply can be saved 200~300 m3 per heat.
