摘要
介绍了Φ159MPM机组生产的88.9×5.49 N801隔热油管生产工艺流程,分析了隔热油管存在的缺陷分布和缺陷产生的原因,并提出了改进措施。改进后隔热油管的屈服强度由599.8 MPa提高到618.5 MPa,产品合格率明显提高,达到94.04%。
The process flow for the 88.9 ×5.49 N801 thermal insulation tubing produced by the 159MPM mill train is introduced. The causes leading to the defects of the thermal insulation tubing and their distribution are analyzed and thus countermeasures for these defects are proposed. After the measures are taken, the yield strength of the tubing is increased from 599.8 MPa to 618.5 MPa while the product percent of pass for the tubing products is improved greatly, reaching to as high as 94.04 percent.
