摘要
针对传统单轴控制系统中成本高、连接复杂、通讯带宽受限等问题,文章基于高性能可重构伺服驱动器设计实现了一种嵌入式单轴控制器。首先提出了一种嵌入式伺服控制系统体系结构;然后在此基础上设计实现了解释器和运动控制器,并对加减速算法做了一定的研究;最后开发和搭建了嵌入式单轴控制系统,并通过实验证明了系统的可用性。
To resolve problems of high-cost,connected complex and limited communication bandwidth in traditional single-axis control system,the paper designed and implemented an embedded single-axis controller,which is based high-performance reconfigurable servo drives. Firstly,the paper proposed an embedded servo control system architecture; Then,on this basis,designed and implemented the interpreter and motion controller; Finally,developed and constructed the embedded single-axis control,and through experiments proved that the system availability.
