摘要 传统的码垛机器人使用伺服电机和减速器机构来实现机身的旋转。鉴于减速器有结构复杂、效率低、转动惯量和噪声大、润滑油泄漏、传动间隙大、维护频繁、机构磨损严重等缺点,提出了一种低速大力矩直驱电机技术,不仅避免了对减速器的使用,减少了传动装置造成的功率和能量损失,而且系统振动减弱,并简化了设备的安装及维修过程,提高了安装精度以及传动效率,延长了机器寿命。 Traditional palletizing robot using servo motor and speed reducer mechanism to achieve the rotation of the fuselage. Speed reducer have many disadvantages such as complicated structure,inefficiency,big moment of inertia and noise,leak of lubricating oil,big transmission gap,maintenance more often,equipment serious friction and so on. This paper proposes a low speed high torque direct drive motor technology.Using the low speed high torque direct drive motor not only avoiding the use of speed reducer,reducing power and energy loss caused by transmission and vibration,but also have Less vibration,and simplify the process equipment installation and maintenance. The installation precision and the transmission efficiency is improved,the life of machine extend.
