薄壁导条样板中弧旋曲线轮廓加工工艺研究

摘要 为解决某兵器工业集团公司的导条安装样板检测量具遇到的加工难题,针对传统普通机床加工弧旋曲线,以及数控铣床在加工阿基米德螺旋线时存在的加工刀具不共线等几方面问题进行了分析和论述,提出了一种新的薄壁弧旋导条安装检测量具加工工艺,可克服普通机床加工非圆曲线轮廓繁琐的加工步骤,基本消除了阿基米德螺旋线与加工刀具轴线不共线的问题,实践证明能够有效的提高加工精度。 In allusion to the traditional ordinary machining arc rotation curves,as well as CNC milling machining Archimedes spiral machining tools exist when not collinear,several aspects were analyzed and discussed to solve the Ordnance Group's problem of processing inspection gages in mounting guide bar template. A new spin sliver thin arc detection measuring installation process was proposed,and the tedious processing steps with common machining to cure non-circular curve profile were overcome. It eliminates the problems basically that Archimedes spiral not collinear axis machining tool,and it proved to improve the machining accuracy effectively.
