摘要 针对装配线人-机耦合系统的动态反馈问题,以考虑工人作业活动约束条件的制约反馈为研究对象,分析人因动态反馈引起的约束机制,建立考虑人因动态反馈的装配线模型。针对模型非线性组合的多目标优化问题,运用改进遗传算法,对模型进行优化求解,结合MATLAB进行实例验证。结果表明:该模型产生的装配线优化设计方案能更好的适应装配线的实际生产需求,具有更好的实用价值。 The condition of dynamic feedback of the man-machine coupling system in the assembly line is addressed in this study and analysis the constraint mechanism that caused by dynamic feedback of human factors based on constraints of workers' job activity,then created the model of assembly line by considering the dynamic feedback. Using genetic algorithms,the multi-objective optimization of nonlinear combination was solution for the model,then verified by MATLAB. The results showed that the optimized design was produced by the model which can better adapt to the actual production needs and has greater practical value.
