本文嘲讽了当代中国诗人的自我殖民。凡是在文字中自我向西方看齐,言必引西方大师名句,诗必献给西方大师,字里行间充满对西方的渴望和向往,对西方思想、价值观不加分析、不加评判、不求化解而一味照搬、照抄、照葫芦画瓢地接受者,都可以纳入自殖范畴。

The author satirizes the self-colonization of the contemporary Chinese poets, including those who try to keep up with the West, who often quote Western masters and dedicate their poems to them,who are attracted by the Western ideas and values and adopt them indiscriminately.
