摘要
吡啶、喹啉、吖啶、吲哚、咔唑及其他含氮杂环化合物(氮杂环烃)可以被细菌及真菌的培养物转化,产生具有生物活性的多种代谢衍生产物。在很多情况下,微生物的生物转化过程具有区域选择性和立体选择性,因此转化产物在新候选药合成方面具有很大潜力。本文综述了氨杂环烃的转达化技术进展。
Pyridine, quinoline, acridine, indole, carbazole, and other heterocyclic nitrogen - containing compounds (azaarenes) can be transformed by cultures of bacteria and fungi to produce a variety of new derivatives, many of which have biological activity. In many cases, the microbial biotransformation processes are region and stereo selective so that the transformation products may be useful for the synthesis of new candidate drugs, the transformation technology progress of azaarenes are summarized.
