摘要
以"青杞1号"嫩枝为试验材料,通过在不同时间段采集外植体、控制升汞浓度和消毒时间,比较分析了枸杞组培苗的启动时间、污染率和启动率。结果表明:最有利于"青杞1号"初代培养过程中组培苗生长的外植体处理条件为:取材日期7月1日,升汞浓度1.0 mg/L,消毒时间10 min。
This article compared and analyzed the length of budding, rate of tissue c uhure seedlings of Lycium qingqil, according to collect polluting rate and germination explants, control concentration of HgC12 and length of disinfection in different months of the second half of 2013. The result showed that Julyl^th as the time of choosing explant, 1.0 mg/L as the concentration of HgC12 and 10 min as the length of disinfection were the best processing combination.
