摘要
以东方百合品种西伯利亚为材料和栗钙土为栽培基质,采用不同调节剂和处理浓度的二因素完全随机区组设计进行盆栽试验,研究不同调节剂和处理浓度对栗钙土pH、EC值及叶片叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明:草酸(50%)+硫酸亚铁(50%)0.3 g/L是栗钙土pH和EC值的最佳调节组合,硫磺是用于叶绿素合成的最佳调节剂。
Taking Siberia - varieties of Oriental lily hybrid for materials and chestnut soil for the cultivation substrate. Adopting completely random Block designs by the combination of different regulators and different concentration these two factors to carry out the cultivation experiment. Study the impact of regulation of pH on chestnut soil and EC, and the leaf chlorophyll content by different regulator and different concentration. The results showed that: Oxalic acid (50%) + ferrous sulfate (50%) of O. 3 g/L is the best combination for the regulation of pH on chestnut soil and EC . Sulfur is the best regulator for Inhibition of chlorophyll synthesis.
