400kA电解槽用大型异形偏心阳极的制备研究

摘要 针对400 kA电解槽存在的技术问题,提出应用异形偏心阳极解决的方案,从优化原料配方、糊料混捏工艺、成型关键技术、焙烧升温曲线等得到400 kA电解槽用大型异形偏心阳极,应用后电解质洁净度较高,电解质含碳量大幅减少,电解质电阻降低十分明显,碳渣很少,槽温控制稳定,电解槽炉帮厚度适中,温度平衡,电流效率提高,各种消耗明显下降。 In view of the existing technical problems of 400kA electrolytic cell,a solution of using special-shaped eccentric anode is proposed,the large scale special-shaped eccentric anodes of 400kA electrolytic cell are prepared from optimized feed proportioning,paste kneading process,critical technology of formation,heating curve of baking and so on.After application of the anodes,the cleanliness of electrolyte is relatively high,the carbon content of electrolyte decreased greatly,the resistance of electrolyte reduced broadly apparent,the carbon residues is less,cell temperature is stable,the furnace wall thickness of electrolytic cell is moderate,the temperature is balanced,the current efficiency improved,and various consumptions are decreased obviously.
