摘要
底板比压对液压支架支护性能影响较大。运用弹性基础梁理论进行推导,得到了液压支架底板比压强度分布解析公式,与实验数据进行对比,两者基本一致,验证了理论结果的正确性。在此基础上,为了计算方便,对底板比压集度公式进行了简化计算处理,对比了底板比压多项式简化计算与数值计算结果。研究表明,多项式简化计算结果偏小,在实际应用中,应考虑上述计算方法带来的偏差。
Floor specific pressure influenced largely supporting property of powered support .Applying elastic foundation beam to dedu-cing analytical solution of floor specific pressure distribution .Comparison with experiment data showed theoretical calculation validi -ty.For easily calculation , floor specific pressure formula was simplified .Polynomial simplification calculation result was compared with numerical simulation.Result showed that polynomial simplification result was smaller than truth , so error influence of applying this method should be considered in actual application .
