摘要
研究了基于Pro/E管道模块的液压支架管路布置方法,介绍了三维布管的流程和关键技术。该方法便于液压系统的干涉检验,能准确确定胶管长度,精确统计管路附件数量,可大幅提高液压设计效率和精细化程度。
This paper researched pipe-arrangement of powered support with Pro/E pipe module, and introduced 3-d pipe-arrangement flow and key technology.This method was convenient for interference check of hydraulic system , and could precisely determine hose length and accurately calculate pipe accessory number , which largely improved efficiency and elaboration degree of hydraulic system de -sign.
