异黏蛋白在宫颈癌中的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨宫颈癌组织异黏蛋白(metadherin,MTDH)的表达和意义。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测50例宫颈癌组织和30例宫颈正常组织MTDH蛋白的表达情况,并分析MTDH表达与宫颈癌临床病理参数的关系。结果:宫颈癌组织MTDH蛋白的阳性表达率明显高于宫颈正常组织(P<0.05);宫颈癌组织MTDH蛋白的表达与分化程度、淋巴结转移、浸润深度和临床分期有关(P<0.05),与年龄、病理类型无关(P>0.05)。结论:MTDH与宫颈癌的发生、发展密切相关,可为评估宫颈癌的转移潜能和预后提供依据。 Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of metadherin (MTDH) in cervical cancer. Methods:SP immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of MTDH in 50 cases cervical cancer and 30 cases normal cervical tissue, and analyzed the relationship between MTDH expression and clinicopathological parameters of cervical cancer.Results: The positive expression rate of MTDH in cervical cancer was obviously higher than that in normal cervical tissue (P〈0.05).In cervical cancer,the MTDH expression was irrelevant to age and pathological type (P〉0.05); but related to differentiated degree,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage (P〈0.05).Conclusions:MTDH is closely related to developmentofcervicalcancer,socanprovidebasisforevaluatingmetastaticpotentialandprognosisofcervicalcancer.
