摘要
结合当前弹药装备备件优化配置的工程需求,建立了基于遗传算法的备件优化模型。在弹药装备战备完好率和费用的共同约束下,利用遗传算法收敛速度快、全局寻优能力强、编程实现简单等特点,实现了对该模型的求解,得到了弹药装备备件的最优配置。最后,以某弹药装备为案例进行了分析,结果表明,遗传算法能有效地解决弹药装备备件的优化问题。
From the optimal allocation of spare parts, a model of spare parts optimization was established. With materiel readiness rate constraint and cost constraint, using the characteristics of good convergence speed, strong ability of global optimization and simple programming, the genetic algorithm was used in solving of the model of spare parts optimization.The optimal allocation of initial spares of missile was obtained. The result of analysis of missile indicates that the genetic algorithm have the advantages to solve this issue.
