强制医疗程序是《刑事诉讼法》新增的特别程序之一,对于其庭审应当如何进行,法律并没有详细规定,实践中的做法也不统一。因此,有必要完善强制医疗程序的庭审模式,从而有助于法官做出正确的裁决。

The compulsory medical procedure which is a special procedure added by Criminal Procedure Law has no detailed provisions for how to initiate the court trial and practices vary. Therefore, it is necessary to perfect the compulsory medical procedure trial mode so as to facilitate judges＇ correct decision making.
