刍议现场教学在公安领导干部培训中的应用

Discussion on the Application of Field Teaching in Training Class of Police Administrators

现场教学作为一种教学组织形式,弥补了传统课堂教学的缺陷,其具有实践性、灵活性、集成性和实效性的特点,已经被广大职业院校、党校、行政学院和其他干部培训机构所采用。公安领导干部培训有必要将现场教学引入其中,以增强培训的成效。在公安机关领导干部培训中实施现场教学要抓好三个环节,即把握现场教学的要点,重视现场教学的互动环节,评价现场教学的成效。

Field teaching is a feasible and effective practicality teaching pattern. The on-the-spot teaching is direct and vivid, and the students can learn the professional knowledge in a perceptual way, which can arouse their interest and intuition in study. Besides, it can improve students＇ practical competence and promote the teaching quality accordingly. To effectively carry through and continuously improve on-the-spot teaching, the police college must deeply study and explore the law and characteristics of on-the-spot teaching, and make efforts in studying historical literature and extract the essence, refine the teaching plan, make excellent speeches in classes, devote our emotion, and reflect on the effect of teaching. The performance of field teaching needs proper teaching spot, scientific arrangement, full preparation, reasonable engagement and smooth safeguard. As effective teaching way, we should explore boldly and establish longterm system of field teaching.
