摘要
广州市电视台新址工程采光顶距离楼面50m,采光顶的安装过程没有搭设满堂红脚手架或立柱式胎架,整个安装过程完全是在建筑楼顶凌空作业完成,施工难度大。本文介绍了工程采光顶幕墙的施工工艺流程,针对采光顶幕墙的高空操作平台搭设、幕墙安装、采光顶水槽防水、幕墙收口等问题进行了研究,并介绍了具体的实施方法。实践证明,技术措施得当有效,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
The light roof in new GZ TV Station is 50 meters high from the floor. During the roof＇ s construction, neither scaffolding nor column is used. The entire installation process is a complete volley job in the building roof, which is difficult. Construction flow of the light roof curtain wall is introduced. The problems such as the work platform＇ s setting, curtain wall＇ s waterproof and border disposition are studied. Then corresponding solution way is given. Practice has proved that the technical measures are proper and effective. It has achieved good economic and social benefits.
