摘要
广东省为加强林业重点生态工程建设启动了16个林业生态建设工程,为全面科学地评估造林成效,提高信息化管理水平,开发了一套林业工程造林成效评价系统,利用专家咨询法设置林业工程造林成效评价体系的相关指标,包括当年造林成效、造林保存成效、森林抚育成效、封山育林成效、"万村绿"大行动成效评价指标,实现了广东省林业工程造林成效评价系统,系统包括基础数据管理、数据逻辑检查、造林成效评价和评价结果输出等功能。
In recent years,Guangdong Province have been carried out 16 forestry construction projects for strengthening key ecological projects,furthermore,an evaluation system of large,wide-ranging forestry construction also has been developed for the task of comprehensively evaluating the afforestation effect,and improving the level of information management.In this paper,according to actual setting of Guangdong forestry project performance evaluation index which including afforestation effects,afforestation survival effects,forest tending effects and so on,we successfully made the guangdong forestry project evaluation system which included basic data management,checking data logic,the evaluation function of the data effectiveness and the output function of the evaluation results.
